The SkyRC B6Neo is popular DC travel charger owing to its small size and yet high power capability. Now SkyRC have made this AC / DC version providing even greater versatility. With this edition you can plug it into mains power for convenience when charging at home, and as before use it as a field charger when powering from a DC source, say a car battery. On AC power input it offers 60W of charging power and on DC up to 200W. The charge rate is up to 10amps. Discharging is fast too, with up to 19W max discharging power. It’s suitable for various types of batteries, such as LiPo, LiFe, LiIon, LiHV, NiMH, NiCd and Pb.
As well as being a charger, because the B6 AC Neo is so compact and has a clear LCD display, it doubles up as a battery cell voltage tester. It can also be operated as a digital power supply, making it useful for hobbyists who need to power and test their DC equipment. The output range is 2-27V with 0.1V increments and an adjustable current of 1-10A. Still there’s another feature. Finally, it has 65W USB Type-C PD output, allowing you to charge USB devices, RC gadgets and even Laptops!
